Emotional fitness is an ongoing practice that increases emotional intelligence, strengthens relationships, and improves leadership ability. In this class, you’ll learn about and practice traits of emotionally fit leaders. You’ll leave with practical tips and tools to kickstart your emotional fitness regimen.
