Empathetic Communication & Conflict Management

Communicating effectively and empathetically at work, especially during times of conflict, can be tricky. In this experiential class you will learn how to speak and listen with empathy. You will be led through an approach based on empirically-validated Non-Violent Communication methods to work through conflict in the workplace and in your personal relationships. 

Using real-life scenarios, you'll practice communicating with your newly acquired methods and tools. No previous knowledge of Non-Violent Communication is necessary. 

This class is open to alums of General Management.
