General Management Online

General Management is the cornerstone class at Harrison Metal. But geography and budget constraints keep many folks from attending live in person. So we've created an online version of the class that anyone can attend from anywhere.

This three-day, online immersion in management thinking features simulations, case studies, and group exercises. We will tackle:

— Setting goals for you and your team

— Performance management

— Managing engineers and artists

— Organization design

— Executive communication

— Tricky situations managing humans

If you join this online version, you'll be in a Zoom online classroom with dozens of other exceptional folks who want to raise their game in general management. You'll see and hear everything from our in-person version of the class, and you'll be able to post questions and comments online to our teaching team. Tuition is $280.00.

So if the course description for General Management appeals to you, and if geography and budget make the online course a better fit, we hope you will apply now!

Note: All course materials are covered by tuition. However, this course does not provide access to the electives, the online library, or the community. If you prefer the full experience, please consider the in-person General Management class.

All class times are Pacific.
