Impostor Syndrome is feeling inadequate, intellectually fraudulent, or inferior at work — feeling like you've gotten to where you are accidentally and that one day you'll be found out as an impostor, not as capable or deserving as your teammates. In the world of tech, where every position can seem prestigious and coveted, Impostor Syndrome is surprisingly common and hugely detrimental to productivity and morale. Struggling to recognize and internalize your strengths and accomplishments makes you a less effective teammate and makes doing great work harder. This workshop will help you recognize and understand your Impostor Syndrome. You'll learn practical techniques to disrupt your self-doubt.
This class is only open to General Management alums.
